Sony PSP Clone Made by China Legend: 3G Mobile, Phone with Video Camera and PDA Build in
Contributed by: G3nu1n3, at 11/07/2004 06:28:00 PM.

If you found the M-Gage a funny piece of hardware, you will be interested in this: Legend of China, the largest IT corporation and largest PC maker in China, has created a new 3G Mobile Phone with Video Camera and PDA functions which mimics the design of the PSP. And all this before the PSP is even released.

Legend didn't even hesitate to use the traditional PlayStation buttons X, O, square and triangle, but it's not clear yet how they will be used. There is no official word on the release date, but the phone was shown on the High-Tech Fair in Shen Zhen (just across the border of Hong Kong) two weeks ago.

Here are some pictures of the phone with their brand name Lenovo (unfortunately we couldn't manage to get better quality images):

Legend Holdings Limited (HKSE stock code: 992; ADR stock quote: LGHLY) is the largest IT corporation in China. Being the largest PC manufacturer in China, the Legend brand personal computers accounted for a market share of 28.9% in China and over 39 percent of China's consumer PC market during 2000. The major businesses of Legend also includes the provision of information services, as well as the manufacturing and sale of handheld devices, motherboards and printed circuit boards.
