Microsoft Data Protection Manager beta starting soon

The beta program of Microsoft's new Server product "Data Protection Manager" is starting soon.

A slight name change have been made, when it was fist announced last September it was named Data Protection Server.

Data Protection Manager is a disk-based solution for data protection and recovery: "Businesses today are continually asked to lower costs while improving operational efficiency. Now enterprises of all sizes can reduce costs and improve their agility by protecting their business critical data more efficiently. Microsoft Data Protection Server helps accomplish this goal by providing continuous data protection and rapid, reliable data recovery at a lower total cost of ownership"

Data Protection Manager will integrate with Microsoft System Center.
