U-Broadcast is a video broadcast server that can be used to stream video from your webcam to Windows Media Player 9 (or newer).

The viewer can connect to the video stream via your IP address and view it in (almost) real-time. In addition to broadcasting, the program can also be used to capture video to a file, and optionally upload it to an FTP server.

Additional features include support for video codecs (DivX etc.) if installed on your PC, as well as command line options for scheduling, and a built-in TV-tuner viewer.

Requires: DirectX 8 or newer, Windows Media Runtime 9 or newer
