Whats New wirth Firefox 1.1 "Deer Park"
Contributed by: G3nu1n3, at 5/24/2005 08:37:00 AM.

Here is a list of some of the new features I found interesting that Mozilla will be adding to Firefox in the next version.

Image thumbnails as tab icons
When viewing images, tab icons will display thumbnails of the image.

Fast back and forward
This allows for much faster session history navigation. (I think Firefox will load a previously viewed page by reading the cache stored on a local disk)

"Sanitize" privacy feature
This provides an easy way to quickly remove browsing history, cookies, cache, saved form information, and other personal data.

Searchable cookie manager
Cookies can be searched by hostname/domain and cookie name, and are organized by hostname in a tree format instead of a flat list.
